HUDA- (Haryana Urban Development Authority) Commercial plots or booths are assigned through an open auction process, where the highest bidder secures the allotment. Payments for these commercial properties can be conveniently made in installments.
Payment Schedule for a New Commercial Booth/Site:
The payment structure for new commercial sites is as follows:
10% of the bid amount must be paid immediately upon the conclusion of the auction.
15% of the total cost is due within 30 days from the date the Allotment Letter is issued.
The remaining 75% of the cost can either be paid in full within 60 days, interest-free, or in installments. For SCF/SCO sites, the payment can be spread across 8 half-yearly installments, and for booths or kiosks, over 10 half-yearly installments, both with an annual interest rate of 15%.
Many Construted SCO and Bare Plots are available for sale in Gurgaon.
