Gurgaon Properties Prices 2023-2024

NH-8 (Delhi-Jaipur Highway) divides Gurgaon into two parts. Property rates in Gurgaon vary according to the locality.

Part 1 – On one side is the Dwarka Expressway from Sector 99 to Sector 115. The area adjoining the Dwarka Expressway and NH-8 from Sector 77 to Sector 95 is known as New Gurgaon, while the area from Sector 1 to Sector 23 is referred to as Old Gurgaon.

Part 2 – On the other side are Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 1 to 5, Golf Course Extension Road, SPR, South City 1 and 2, Suncity, Nirvana Country, Sohna Road from Sector 24 to 76.

Part 1 – Sectors 1 to 23 – General Pricing:

– Average rate for HUDA plots ranges from Rs. 140,000/- to Rs. 170,000/- per square yard (based on size and location / minimum size 4 marla).

– Rates for approved colony plots range from Rs. 70,000/- to Rs. 90,000/- per square yard (based on size and location / minimum size 60 square yards).

– Rates for residential apartments range from Rs.10,000/- to Rs. 15,000/- per square foot (based on guidelines / minimum size 1200 square feet).

– Ready commercial shops on ground floor range from Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 100,000/- per square foot (based on location / minimum shop size – 500 square feet).

 

Part 1 – Dwarka Expressway from Sector 99 to 115 and New Gurgaon from Sector 77 to Sector 95 – General Pricing:

 

– HUDA plots are not available on Dwarka Expressway and New Gurgaon, average plot rates from private builders range from Rs. 140,000 to Rs. 220,000/- per square yard (based on size and location / minimum plot size 150 square yards).

– Rates for residential apartments range from Rs. 9,500 to Rs. 16,500/- per square foot (based on guidelines / minimum initial size 1200 square feet).

– Ready commercial shops on ground floor range from Rs.25,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- per square foot (based on location / minimum size 350 square feet).

 

Part 2 – Golf Course Road, DLF Phase 1 to 5, Golf Course Extension Road, SPR, Sector 24 to 76 (major areas of Gurgaon) – General Pricing:

 

– HUDA / DLF and Ansals plots are available from Sector 24 to Sector 57, rates start from Rs. 200,000/- and go up to Rs. 2,50,000/- per square yard, and only private builder township plots are available from Sector 58 onwards, rates range from Rs. 1,80,000 to Rs. 2,50,000 per square yard (based on size and location / minimum size for HUDA plots is 4 marla and for private builders is 200 square feet).

– Rates for residential apartments range from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 30,000/- per square foot (based on guidelines / minimum size 1200 square feet).

– Ready commercial shops on ground floor range from Rs. 45,000/- to Rs. 60,000/- per square foot (based on location / minimum size 500 square feet).
